Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia (BPI) Scholarship

The Indonesian Education Scholarship Program (BPI) Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (MoECRT) is a scholarship program between The Indonesia Endowment Funds for Education (LPDP) and the MoECRT through the expansion program of the LPDP program. LPDP is committed to preparing Indonesian future leaders and professionals through scholarships and encouraging research innovation through research funding. LPDP continues to move towards an organization with high competitiveness, not only on a local scale but also on a regional and even international scale. Since 2013 Indonesia has sent more than 30,000 graduate students to universities worldwide through LPDP scholarships.

Under this program there was two kind big program called as degree and Non-degree or micro credential. Non-degree program consist of many kind of short training program that help and support Merdeka Belajar or Emancipated Learning launched by Minister himself at the beginning of his pointing as a Minister.

Meanwhile, the degree program are a board program that giving a full scholarship from Undergraduate (S-1) up to Doctoral (S-3) for lecturer, teacher, cultural actors and high achievement students to study in Domestic or Overseas University. The aims of the degree programs itself are to giving opportunity for lecturer, teacher, cultural actors and high achievement student to be able to study at the best university they choose in order to strengthened educator and education staff, improve their academic ability, giving them an opportunity to study at the best university and also strengthened networks that will enrich and strengthen education in Indonesia in general.
